Terms of Service

1. Seller

The Verbio service ("Service") is operated by Verbio Academy. By using the Service you enter into an agreement with the Seller.

2. Acceptance of terms

Using the Service means you accept these Terms.

3. Description of the service

Verbio provides daily verbal tests (reading comprehension, inference, verbal logic) together with answer analysis.

4. User account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for actions taken on your account. Information provided at registration must be true and current.

5. Prohibited use

It is forbidden to: (a) use the Service in any unlawful way; (b) commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights; (c) attempt security breaches (malware, probing, automated content scraping).

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding and materials of the Service belong to the Seller. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service within your chosen plan.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Sales are handled by our official distributor Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles customer enquiries and refunds. Detailed terms for payments, invoicing, taxes and subscription renewals can be found in the Paddle Buyer Terms.

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period.

8. Service availability

We do our best to keep the Service running continuously, but we do not guarantee freedom from interruptions or errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We exclude liability for indirect damages, including loss of profits or data. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of: material breach of the Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security violations.

11. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Polish law.
