Refund and subscription cancellation policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Verbio offers a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of subscription purchase. If during that period you feel the service does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund — no reason required.

Important: submitting a refund request is equivalent to cancelling your Verbio service and results in immediate suspension of your subscriber account and access to the training platform.

2. Cancelling the subscription after the refund window

After 14 days from purchase, cancellation requests do not entitle you to a refund (neither in full nor a partial refund for the unused period). If you cancel the subscription after this period, automatic charges for future billing periods are permanently stopped and access to your account ends at the end of the paid period.

3. Payment handling

All payments and refund procedures are processed by our official distributor Paddle (Merchant of Record). To request a refund within the statutory 14-day window, visit paddle.net or contact us directly at support@verbioacademy.com.
